The general conditions of sale provide that there is no contract between the parties until an order is confirmed. All confirmed orders are therefore subject to approval, which will be communicated with the "shipping confirmation". The articles contained in the shipping confirmation are the subject of the contract, and we will have no obligation regarding products ordered and not confirmed.
AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS
The items offered on this website are available for shipments to Europe. If, for logistical reasons, an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can place a new order or request a refund.
DELIVERY
We are committed to ensuring that all orders are confirmed and shipped by the dates indicated in the notification of shipment. Being subject to unforeseen logistical circumstances of various kinds, should delivery delays occur, you will be notified by email or other designated channels.
The term "delivery" refers to the ordered items arrived at the destination address indicated as a reference.
If you are not available when the courier arrives, you can set a new delivery date by contacting our customer service or the same courier to which the goods were entrusted. The package can be tracked in all its movements with the tracking code that you will receive from the shipper.
The responsibility for the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.
PAYMENTS AND PRICES
The costs of the products are indicated on the page of each item and include VAT, while shipments are to be added to the amount based on the type as indicated in "Shipping". In case of errors on the prices of the products ordered, you will be promptly informed and you can choose to reconfirm the order or have a full refund of the amount for the single product that will be incorrect.
Payment is made during the purchase procedure, where you will be asked to choose the payment method, enter the shipping and / or billing data. If, on the other hand, he is already registered on the portal, it will not be necessary to re-enter the data already registered.
For tax purposes it is necessary to enter the tax code and VAT number during registration.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment of an order can be made by bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and prepaid credit cards (Postepay, Genius Card, etc ...) and is managed by the Paypal system, to which you are redirected at the time of checkout . The amount is charged upon confirmation of the order. Credit card data is encrypted to reduce / eliminate the risk of unauthorized access.
SHIPMENTS
Orders can be shipped to the address supplied by customers. Shipments are entrusted to DHL and / or GLS to cover whole national and international territory.
Shipping costs and delivery times depending of the selected area:
- Italy: 48 / 72h - € 6.90 [Free shipping with € 99.00 minimum order] - Europe: within 10 working days - from € 9.90
It is possible to enter a shipping address other than the billing address.
Valeria Orlando is not responsible for any customs costs and taxes in force in the country of destination.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a delivered product is found to be damaged, you have the right to request a refund or replacement by filling out the appropriate form, indicating all the references of the order and the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
You can decide to withdraw from this contract, without any penalty or additional costs, to
pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, by completing the return form within 10 working days of receipt of the products.

The shipment for the return of the products is at our expense only for the damaged goods, in all other cases it is the responsibility of the buyer and must take place within 30 days from the delivery date. Valeria Orlando is exonerated from any damage suffered by the shipment during the withdrawal phase, therefore the goods are under the responsibility of the customer until his return to the warehouse.
The refund is made within 15 days of receiving the return and the amount will be re-credited according to the same payment method chosen during checkout. Valeria Orlando reserves the right to freeze the refund until the goods arrive in the warehouse.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By approving our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that any content on this site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any content without prior written consent.
